South Park Association of Neighbors (SPAN) works together to preserve and further the character of our neighborhood.  This is accomplished by working with local government, businesses, and institutions to promote the interests of residents, homeowners and small business.

SPAN’s goal is to remain strong and act as a united voice in promoting and preserving the quality of life that we enjoy in one of the most  interesting and attractive urban neighborhoods in West Virginia.
